Lead Creative Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned Copywriter to lead the creative vision of our global marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling brand stories that drive revenue and elevate the Ayurveda Experience on the world stage.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Copywriting, Advertising, or Content Marketing, with at least 5 years of experience guiding creative teams. A portfolio showcasing brand storytelling with measurable performance results is required. Native-level command of English and an editorial eye are also essential.

We are looking for someone who can marry creativity with data-driven insights, integrating AI tools into their workflow while preserving human nuance. Experience in beauty, wellness, or DTC ecommerce is a plus but not necessary. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent real-world experience is preferred.

This role offers a leadership runway toward Associate Creative Director and beyond, as well as company-funded access to premier global marketing & AI-creativity programs. You will be part of a dynamic team impacting 1.75 million+ customers across 25 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting sharp headlines, persuasive long-form content, and social media copy
  • Building, mentoring, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, and editors
  • Developing campaign platforms, product launches, and brand stories
  • Deploying generative-AI tools for ideation, rapid iteration, and performance insights
  • Collaborating with Growth, Product, and Brand teams across time zones
