We are seeking a skilled and experienced graphic design specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their expertise in creating engaging visual content.
This is a full-time remote position where you will be working primarily with our GTM team, providing exceptional design input on strategic and tactical initiatives.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in graphic and web design, ideally in the B2B tech product/service space. They will also have hands-on experience creating marketing and sales collateral, including print design, website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have solid web design experience, with a deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
A critical aspect of this role is strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills. You will need to understand what's needed, connect the dots between what's said and what isn't, convey your design thinking clearly, and push back on ideas you don't agree with in a remote setup.
Our preferred candidate will have experience being deeply involved with or leading branding and visual identity for B2B organizations. Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Google AI Studio, Canva AI, and other industry-standard tools is a significant plus.
You will be working closely with our team to create engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads. Our ideal candidate will also have experience creating motion graphics and video editing using Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Hostlavikat, and/or CapCut.
