Lead Software Development Engineering Visionary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to lead our software development engineering team. This vital role requires strong business analysis skills and a deep understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for defining product visions, creating strategic roadmaps, and leading geographically dispersed teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the product feature vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives across multiple solution groups. Create a strategic roadmap for commercial marketing applications and oversee the software development lifecycle using the scaled agile framework (SAFe).
  • Business & Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with business partners to translate end-to-end commercial marketing operations business processes into clear, actionable technical requirements. Work with product owners and development teams to ensure delivery matches commitments.
  • Team & Talent Management: Develop talent, motivate the team, and champion diversity. Act as a role model of servant leadership, delegating effectively and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Innovation & Compliance: Leverage cutting-edge AI/ML and cloud technologies to shape the vision for the commercial marketing software ecosystem. Ensure ongoing alignment with strategy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication & Metrics: Ensure key performance metrics are communicated and analyze unmet needs. Manage and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams across international locations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A Master's degree with extensive experience, or a Bachelor's degree with significant experience, or a diploma with a substantial background in business, engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in the implementation and management of integrated platforms through the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in business requirements gathering and converting them into technical solutions.
  • Experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems like JIRA.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, or Veeva CRM Administrator certifications are mandatory.
  • Familiarity with security requirements and best practices for data at rest and in transit.
  • Working knowledge of integrations and tools such as MuleSoft.
  • Experience with Health Cloud and Lifesciences Cloud is preferred.
