About the Position:

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end data science projects, including problem definition, data exploration, feature engineering, model development, validation, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries, as well as deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their underlying principles.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data science solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data science projects from start to finish
  • Architect and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions
  • Communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a business context
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their underlying principles
  • Experience with big data technologies and platforms is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
