About the Role:

A seasoned Enterprise Data Architect is sought to manage client business data assets, aligning with the Client's Data Strategy. The role involves discovering data requirements, applying logical thinking to deliver innovative solutions, and influencing the Data Strategy to meet long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence and shape the client's Data Strategy to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead data architecture and solution design for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Apply expertise in data warehouse design, including dimensional modeling and snowflake schema.
  • Design and implement data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services and Snowflake for seamless data movement.
  • Adjust and refine designs on the fly, providing clear justifications.
  • Create data models using Visio or similar tools.
  • Develop mapping documents and collaborate with ETL teams for implementation.
  • Interact with architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and secure sign-offs.
  • Drive initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Enhance organizational decision-making by surfacing data priorities and maximizing value derived from analytics.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on information systems design or data architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing database structures and implementing information solutions.
  • Strong expertise in IICS and hands-on experience implementing Informatica with Snowflake for enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience working across cultures and driving high performance.
  • Ability to analyze project needs and determine required resources.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
