Job Title: Digital Content Creator
We're seeking an experienced Digital Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our content creation department, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Create original video concepts tailored to our brand's niche and audience.
  • Craft compelling scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment - optimized for viewer retention.
  • Lead the process from ideation to execution - including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other collaborators to ensure on-time, high-quality video delivery.
  • Write click-worthy titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
  • Track video metrics and retention analytics. Make data-driven decisions to improve future content.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
  • Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
  • Familiarity with tools like YouTube Studio, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment.

Bonus Points If You:
  • Have your own successful YouTube channel or have scaled one for a brand/creator.
  • Can wear multiple hats - from scripting to filming to editing.
  • Have experience working with influencer/content creator teams.
  • Understand virality, trend cycles, and online culture.
