Job Description

The ideal candidate is a skilled architect with the ability to design and construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring timely project completion.

This position involves close collaboration with other disciplines to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs that meet industry standards and government regulations.

  • Responsibilities include analysing architectural designs and plans, researching materials, supervising junior architects, and communicating project status to clients.
  • Key tasks also involve preparing building models, conducting mockup sessions, guiding construction projects from start to finish, and presenting project briefs to clients.
  • Further responsibilities include developing projects within budget and timeline, undertaking regular site visits, inspecting work sites, and demonstrating creativity, foresight, and architectural judgment in developing architectural solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in modelling software such as REVIT and SketchUp, with growing understanding of building codes and how to apply them.

A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic, communication, organizational, and collaborative skills is essential for this role.

Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team environment, and have excellent problem-solving and listening skills.
