Senior Regional Expansion Manager

Leadership and Development:
  • Guide, train, and motivate branch managers and field staff to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Risk Management and Reporting:
  • Manage risk through regular follow-ups, recovery initiatives, and audits, providing timely reports and insights to senior management.
  • Develop and deliver market research, business updates, and strategic recommendations to drive growth.
