Area Head

• Area Head in a Flexi Loan Company is responsible for supervising and driving business growth across multiple branches within the assigned region.
• The role includes monitoring sales performance at both branch and individual staff levels, ensuring daily tracking of their loan disbursements, collections, and business activities.
• Area Head ensures that each branch and employee meets their sales and collection targets while maintaining healthy portfolio quality and minimizing defaults.
• They oversee branch operations, verify proper documentation and loan processing, and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• The role also involves guiding, training, and motivating branch managers and field staff to enhance productivity, improve sales effectiveness, and deliver superior customer service.
• Area Head is responsible for risk management through regular follow-ups, recovery initiatives, and audits, while also providing timely reports, market insights, and business updates to senior management for effective decision-making.

Kothamangalam or Around Location is preffered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
