Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to drive people initiatives and provide exceptional support to employees and management. In this role, you will carry out strategic HR activities, maintain business literacy, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business unit leaders to ensure equitable treatment of employees and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide consultation to managers on employee engagement strategies.
  • Conduct various initiatives to enhance employee experience.
Coaching and Development:

You will provide guidance and coaching to business units through continued dialogue with management and employees via one-on-one sessions and skip-level meetings.

Effectiveness and Performance Management:
  • Partner with management to ensure proactive and effective performance management.
  • Manage employee relations investigations and other sensitive employee matters.
HR Operational Activities:
  • Provide compensation support, including compensation band validation and research.
  • Ensure timely functional deliverables and compliance with HR operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Prior experience in driving HR business partnerships and operational activities is an advantage.
