We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to lead the implementation of group health and benefits solutions. This hybrid role requires working from our office at least three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive plans for group insurance products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate plan designs into technical specifications.
- Deliver product demonstrations and validate plan configurations for internal stakeholders.
- Oversee configuration quality through rigorous testing and audits.
- Collaborate with technology teams on integrations and act as the regional point of contact for business stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices for scalable implementations.
- Establish and enforce QA/testing frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prioritize process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance implementation efficiency.
- A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in insurance product implementation in B2B settings or solution delivery.
- Prior experience with complex group health/benefits insurance implementations is mandatory.
- Strong familiarity with B2B health insurance platforms and enterprise client rollouts is required. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field is necessary. PMP/PMI-ACP or SAFe Product Owner/Manager certification is highly valued.
