We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to oversee the planning phase of our refinery turnaround project. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project management, scheduling, and planning specific to oil and gas refinery turnarounds.

  • Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 (must), Microsoft Project or similar software
  • In-depth understanding of refinery maintenance tasks, technologies, and workflows
  • Ability to develop and optimize production schedules to meet project timelines
  • Competence in risk identification and mitigation planning
  • Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements relevant to refinery operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The selected individual will be responsible for evaluating job scope, preparing/maintaining the project master plan and schedule, coordinating site visits, and updating project control procedures and planning packages.
