A Data Analyst will be responsible for managing master data, developing reports and troubleshooting data issues. This role requires attention to detail, experience in data analysis and knowledge of popular data tools and databases.

Responsibilities:
  • Master Data Management: Create, update and delete master data ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • User Roles and Access: Manage user roles and access permissions.
  • Data Quality: Verify the quality of imported data and collaborate with analysts if needed.
  • Data Sets: Commission and decommission data sets as required.
  • Confidential Data: Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Report Development: Assist in developing reports and analyses.
  • Reporting Environment: Design and manage the reporting environment including data sources security and metadata.
  • Database Support: Support the database in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Data Integrity: Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Software Assessment: Assess tests and implement new or upgraded software.
  • Reports Generation: Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
  • Database Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports.
  • Change Evaluation: Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
  • End-User Training: Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in data storage structures data mining and data cleansing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience: Work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Methodologies: Experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
  • Large Data Sets: Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
