As a junior project manager, your role will involve assisting in planning and coordinating projects from start to finish.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles, as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and update stakeholders.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Act as a point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and assist in resolving any issues.
  • Monitor project costs and resources under supervision.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for project efficiency.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track progress.

Bachelor's degree in business, Management, IT, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software.
