We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Lift Traffic Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting elevator traffic analysis using software, preparing traffic analysis presentations for clients, and maintaining regular communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Elevator Traffic Analysis: Conduct elevator traffic analysis using software to ensure design requirements are met.
  2. Traffic Analysis Presentations: Prepare traffic analysis presentations for clients.
  3. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients.
  4. Design Review Meetings: Participate in design review meetings and workshops.
  5. Traffic Analysis Summary: Prepare a traffic analysis summary for stakeholder approval.
  6. Civil Dimension Matrix: Prepare a Civil Dimension matrix for all finalized lift configurations ensuring dimensions meet at least four designated vendors.
  7. Design Brief Report: Prepare and present a Design Brief Report to the client.
  8. Specifications: Use e-Comply/Excel to prepare specifications based on approved DBR.
  9. Tender Drawing Submission: Coordinate with the Drafting team for tender drawing submission after checking for conformity.
  10. Vendor Discussions: Support the client during vendor discussions and the e-Comply/Specification management team with vendor technical ratings.
  11. GAD Approval: Coordinate with the drafting team, client, and vendor for GAD approval.
  12. Performance Data: Maintain regularly updated performance data.
  13. Audits: Cooperate during internal and external audits.
  14. Project Stage Completion: Ensure all project stage completion documents are submitted before proceeding to the next stage.
Requirements:
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil) and minimum 3-5 years of field experience in Elevator industry.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in reading VHT GA drawings and excellent technical understanding of Elevator, Escalator and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet the customer expectations is considered a plus.
  3. Software Skills: AutoCAD 2017 or Higher - Ability to read drawings and understand, Microsoft 365, MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
