We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team at MightyBot. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing AI-native software that enhances both creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design and develop AI-enabled products that leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.">
  • Build high-performance search and retrieval algorithms (RAG): data indexing, ranking, query processing.">
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, taking a polyglot approach to working with LLMs, with a strong preference for open-source models.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.">
  • Strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray a plus.">
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with experience working in python, LlamaIndex, LangChain, and emerging RAG stacks.">
  • Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.">
