Job Title: Lead Business Analyst (Performance and Attribution)

About this Role

  • We are seeking a seasoned business analyst to lead engagements with key stakeholders across our global investment team.
  • The successful candidate will join our Business Analysis team, working closely with Performance and Attribution, to deliver change to our Equity, Fixed Income, Solutions, and Multi Asset businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading engagements with key stakeholders across the global investment team
  2. Collaborating with internal counterparts, including architects, engineers, and other analysts, across geographical locations
  3. Producing high-quality documentation, requirements gathering, business analysis, and business process mapping and optimisation
  4. Managing end-to-end delivery of projects and changes from inception through to completion

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in investment management technology, specifically investment performance computation and performance attribution
  • Experience with market-leading Investment Risk and Attribution tools, such as MSCI (Barra One, Risk Manager) and FactSet (B-One, Workstation)
  • Experience with end-to-end systems implementation, from specification through to deployment
