Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will be working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Front Office Department, including supervising staff and coordinating daily operations
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives and promote a positive working environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • A minimum of 2 years' work experience in hotel operations, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
