Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.

Your primary focus will be on monitoring ongoing compliance and reporting as required under relevant regulations. This includes preparation and submission of required filings, reports, and disclosures to regulatory authorities.

You will also be responsible for liaisoning with regulators, coordinating with internal departments, and providing guidance on compliance-related matters. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and documentation.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong interpersonal and networking skills. You must be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor ongoing compliance and report as required under relevant regulations
  • Prepare and submit required filings, reports, and disclosures to regulatory authorities
  • Liaise with regulators and coordinate with internal departments
  • Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and documentation
  • Provide guidance on compliance-related matters

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Law is preferred
  • NISM Series-III-A: Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-Fund) Certification Examination will be an added advantage
  • Min. 3 -5 years of experience handling compliance functions in allied industries (AIF / PMS)
