Job Title: Creative Video Producer

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Video Producer who can own the ideation, scripting, and production of engaging content.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in digital content creation or video storytelling, preferably for YouTube.

A strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology is essential for success in this role.

We're looking for someone who can create compelling scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment - optimized for viewer retention.

The chosen candidate will lead the process from ideation to execution, including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.

In addition to producing high-quality videos, you'll also be responsible for tracking video metrics and retention analytics, making data-backed decisions to improve future content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create original video concepts tailored to the brand's niche and audience.
  • Craft compelling scripts that balance storytelling, trends, and SEO.
  • Lead end-to-end video production, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other collaborators to ensure timely delivery.
  • Write clickbait titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for optimal YouTube optimization.
