Key Commerce Account Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced key commerce account manager to drive growth on quick commerce marketplaces. This role requires 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or recent Q-Commerce account management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow top-line revenue for Q-Com platforms through targeted strategies
  • Create and own the joint business plan with category teams, including volume, visibility, and marketing levers.
  • Develop discounting plans aligned with platform mechanics to boost conversions while protecting margins.
  • Analyze SKU-level performance and recommend assortment changes or pricing tweaks.
  • Own dashboards for performance monitoring: sales of value, organic vs inorganic share, return on investment on campaigns, and availability scores.
  • Maintain real-time stock availability across all relevant cities/dark stores on each platform.
  • Forecast demand during peak periods/festivals and align inventory planning accordingly.
  • Optimize listings for search performance, category ranking, and platform discoverability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or recent Q-Commerce account management
  • Prior experience managing Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart platforms is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of discounting mechanics, visibility levers, and inventory health metrics
  • Proven track record of delivering aggressive growth targets via organic + inorganic efforts
  • Highly proficient in Excel / Sheets, dashboards, and sales analysis
