Entrepreneur in Residence Job Description

We are seeking experienced entrepreneurs who have scaled a startup, regardless of its outcome. This could be due to factors such as securing funding, building teams, rapid growth, or hitting challenges.

The role is centered around the Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) position, which offers a fixed salary with co-founder-like responsibilities, problem-solving abilities, and high levels of hustle. The EIR will work closely with the Founder daily, participating in key meetings, structuring discussions, managing follow-ups, and ensuring execution across various teams.

This entails high-context switching across product development, growth strategies, partnerships, operations, and investor conversations. Additionally, the EIR will travel with the Founder or independently when required, handling fast-paced schedules while driving key programs that directly impact business growth and scale.

Through this intense apprenticeship in leadership, execution, and strategy, you can apply your startup lessons without financial pressure. If successful within the first two quarters, you will be promoted to Co-Founder with equity.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in key meetings and contribute to discussion structures
    • Manage follow-ups and ensure team execution
    • Drive key programs impacting business growth and scale
