Role Description

We are seeking a Billing & Claims Specialist with dental insurance experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with dental billing processes. You will be responsible for submitting claims, posting payments, verifying insurance, and following up on outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Post insurance and patient payments in practice management systems.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure resolution.
• Communicate with dental offices, insurance companies, and patients as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and practice information.

Qualifications:

• Experience in dental billing and insurance claims (required).
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, etc. is a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate English skills (verbal and written).
