Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to manage paid ad campaigns and develop effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital channels to achieve maximum results.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership and accountability.
