**Inventory Associate Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Inventory Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of our inventory levels.

  • Conduct daily reconciliation of inventory between our warehouse management system and physical stock to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Monitor inward quantities, order processed quantities, and cancelled quantities against available stock quantities to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Plan and execute monthly cycle counting for each customer, including scheduling and manpower allocation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate quarterly wall-to-wall counting for all customers to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy rates (99.65%) and minimize loss rates (less than 0.03%).
  • Provide necessary data to internal and external auditors to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Develop procedures to prevent loss of high-value items and reduce warehouse damage to inventory.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate with strong analytical skills and ability to work accurately.
  • 5-7 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of order processing software.
