Roles & Responsibilities:
- We seek an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst Lead to develop performance analysis and recommendations for business leaders, drive marketing and Outreach KPIs, and own P&L for a segment of programs.
- This individual will support team-wide prioritization and planning through impact tracking, opportunity sizing, and goal setting, interacting regularly with stakeholders across Outreach, product, marketing, and business teams.
- As a member of our co-founder's team, you'll work alongside colleagues from IITs and IIMs, driving capabilities across various verticals of our business.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic, analytical, and operational roles, with expertise in combining data-driven analysis, strong business intuition, and judgment to solve complex problems at a fast-growing technology-focused company.
- The ideal candidate will possess technical analytics skills to create and modify dashboards, have strong business acumen, and be well-versed in Excel to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Data Fluency is essential, with experience manipulating and extracting insights from datasets to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
