Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in transaction advisory engagements for middle market companies and private equity firms.
  • Perform financial due diligence, aggregating and analyzing company data to identify trends and potential liabilities.
  • Write detailed reports presenting diligence findings to clients.
  • Advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
  • Interface with senior executives of clients and target companies.
  • Manage team responsibilities and consult with Managers, Directors and Managing Directors.
  • Work on multiple projects, developing relationships with current and prospective clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
  • Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize assignments as necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate throughout all levels of organization.
  • Proficiency in excel and applicable technology.
