As a senior leader, you will drive strategic brand growth, leading brand planning, execution, and management of key brand assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver results-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute annual brand and media strategies, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  2. End-to-end management of brand media campaigns from brief initiation to plan optimization.
  3. Hold critical information and insights for key categories, growth marketing, and creatives, synthesizing them to build a robust marketing approach.
  4. Custodian of consumer-facing marketing spend.
  5. Create marketing strategies for the overall brand and key categories using the full marketing mix.
  6. Plan, align, create, and implement brand assets, ensuring consistent brand identity.
  7. Apply a multi-faceted approach to brand building, including ATL, BTL, content, community, and experience.
  8. Work cross-functionally to guide and develop marketing plans supporting quarterly business goals.
  9. Initiate and drive category, competition, consumer, and customer research to inform actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Math, Economics, or Medicine, with an MBA from a premier institute.
  2. 12-14 years of growth/sales/business experience, with 8+ years in brand/marketing roles.
  3. Experience in FMCG or retail, preferably in beauty, personal care, lifestyle, or premium retail industries.
  4. Fair mix of digital-first consumer businesses and legacy brand experiences.
  5. Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making on brand and media, with clear fundamentals on research insights.
  6. Solutioning ability with a creative bent towards business problems.
  7. Consumer-centric approach and demonstrated experience.
  8. Independent dealings with creative and media agencies, understanding processes and adapting judiciously.
  9. 360-degree campaign building credentials, including digital funnels and channels.
  10. Business planning exposure and appreciation of brand as a business asset.
  11. Bias towards action and hustle.

Estimated Salary: ₹35,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
