Job Description

We're looking for a talented Community and Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build, engage, and grow our community of users and creators.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative strategies to onboard and nurture a community of gamers, comic enthusiasts, and animation lovers.
  • Relationship Building: Foster meaningful relationships with users, creators, and developers through various channels, including forums, social media, events, and more.
  • Community Management: Manage and moderate online communities across platforms like Discord, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
  • Event Organization: Plan and execute community-focused events such as AMA sessions, webinars, and contests to drive engagement and excitement.
Growth Initiatives
  • User Acquisition: Design and implement creative growth strategies to acquire users, creators, and game developers.
  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns targeting user engagement and retention.
  • Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on community growth metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Partnerships: Identify and leverage partnerships with campuses, gaming, and comic communities to grow our user and creator base.
User and Creator Support
  • Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for community feedback, questions, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • User Feedback: Collaborate with the product team to relay user feedback and prioritize feature improvements.
  • Creator Database: Maintain a database of creators, developers, and active users to facilitate collaborations and initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Marketing or Communications Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Community Management Tools: Strong understanding of community management platforms like Discord, Reddit, or similar.
  • Passion for Gaming and Digital Content: Passion for gaming, comics, and/or animations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
