Job Description

As a high-performing Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on innovation and infrastructure technology. The Technology Infrastructure team engineers and operates the foundational technology platforms that power all applications and businesses.

The team spans a broad array of disciplines, from datacenter infrastructure to large-scale cloud services, with the shared goal of delivering reliable, performant, and modern platforms that accelerate business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a critical operational role, applying software and systems engineering skills to develop and maintain distributed systems that serve key stakeholders.
  • Optimize system operations through automation and tooling, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Build out technical components of a robust SRE program across complex systems.
  • Collaborate with development and quant teams to ensure changes align with measurable Service Level Objectives.
  • Monitor system capacity and performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and sources of instability.
  • Review and provide feedback on automation code, maintaining high standards of code quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, analyzing their impact on infrastructure and service operations.
  • Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders, evaluating technologies and automation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and PowerShell, ability to comprehend C# and develop basic applications.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, cloud-based services and infrastructure (AWS), Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Experience with container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and ECS.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
