Learning & Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Development Specialist to spearhead the design, planning, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives across our organization. This role will focus on creating high-value learning programs, driving performance improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis and create tailored learning solutions.
- Facilitate engaging classroom sessions and virtual instructor-led training for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with business units and leaders to co-create innovative learning programs.
- Design and deliver high-quality learning content, interventions, and evaluations.
- Partner with HR business partners, subject matter experts, and functional leaders to drive talent development solutions.
- Support performance management and competency management initiatives.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout learning programs.
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure seamless delivery of training solutions.
- Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Track, analyze, and report on learning metrics, trends, and outcomes.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in learning & development/talent development.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive innovation in learning.
