The RoleWe seek an experienced Team Leader - IT Security Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects and tasks, tracking progress against established milestones and deliverables.
- Utilizing excellent investigative skills, insatiable curiosity, and drive to win.
- Demonstrating proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, including analytic and quality assurance techniques.
- Maintaining a self-motivated approach with a high sense of urgency and personal integrity.
- Preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation, as well as experience in maintaining various metrics and SLAs.
- Defining and refining operational procedures, workflows, and processes to support the team in consistent, quality execution of monitoring and detection and laws.
- Providing exceptional service to the business, understanding its needs and delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient results.
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment as part of a distributed team, with effective communication and collaboration skills.
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Have worked as a DLP practitioner or expert and led teams for response and investigations.
- Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and monitoring security tools and technologies related to DLP, Incident Management, etc.
- Experience in security incident response lifecycle and its phases, with the ability to handle, resolve data security incidents minimizing impact and respond to escalations.
- Strong knowledge of various data security tools and techniques such as DLP, CASB, etc.
- Familiarity with industry cybersecurity regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with various cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST 800-53, HITRUST CSF, etc).
- Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
- Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks, tools, technologies, and methods; experience in planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures, then performing testing and evaluation of documentation and controls with remediation recommendations.
- Advanced level knowledge of GDPR requirements and regulations.
