Fidelity International is seeking a talented Accounting Process Lead to join its Revenue COE team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing revenue across different workstreams, handling client revenue billing, and performing revenue accounting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accurate system interfaces between Revenue and Finance Datawarehouse systems
- Reviewing customer billing and revenue accounting processes for Institutional business
- Liaising with upstream teams to resolve data and information gaps
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, onboarding, and relationship directors, to review and interpret fee arrangements agreed for clients. Your strong analytical skills, including knowledge of accounting principles, and experience in FP&A, Finance control, O2C, and AR roles will enable you to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with company standards.
