Job Title: Salesforce FSC Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to implement and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure FSC to support financial services business processes, ensuring seamless integration with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications.
  • Customize and extend FSC functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder, leveraging expertise in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable FSC solutions, ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Configure client data models, financial accounts, households, and relationship mapping within FSC, utilizing strong knowledge of the FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations, utilizing excellent communication and client-facing skills, as well as a solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and automation tools, as well as experience with Salesforce integrations.
  • Salesforce FSC Certification or equivalent experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate availability is mandatory.
