Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in driving our digital transformation strategy forward.

We are seeking an innovative individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for exploring and recommending practical applications, supporting the implementation of new systems, creating digital training materials, and tracking licenses and costs for digital tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive business value through the effective adoption of digital solutions.
  • Support the development and roll-out of new systems, including pilot testing and user support.
  • Create engaging digital training content, such as videos and guides, to support our learning academy.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge with the team to enhance adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor and optimize digital tool usage to minimize costs.
  • Contribute to the development of new technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as IT, AI, or Digital Media.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms, AI tools, and digital content creation skills.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
