Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with testing frameworks: RSpec, Minitest (backend), Jest, Cypress (frontend).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment practices.
