Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Full Stack Developer.

  • About the Role:

    • As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements.

    • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and implement them using Java, Groovy, and modern UI frameworks such as React and Angular.

    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, excellent communication skills, and experience working in Agile environments.

  1. Key Responsibilities

    • Requirement Analysis & Design:

      • Analyze requirements from multiple documentation sources.

      • Assist Architects in design activities and provide accurate effort estimations.

      • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and technical solutions.

    • Development & Testing:

      • Adhere to established program standards and coding best practices.

      • Perform hands-on coding, unit testing, and behavior-driven development (BDD).

      • Follow stringent source code control procedures.

      • Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.

    • Process Adherence:

      • Comply with development processes and methodologies.

      • Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely updates and delivery.

    • Team Collaboration & Mentorship:

      • Mentor and train new and existing team members.

      • Foster teamwork and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.

    • Project Reporting & Ownership:

      • Maintain accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.

      • Track progress, report status, and proactively raise risks/issues.

      • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Architects, and Product Owners.
