Technical Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of our Zuora platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical support for the Zuora platform, addressing issues and optimizing performance.
  • Work with integration teams to ensure smooth connections between Zuora and enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows to automate business processes within Zuora.
  • Create and maintain reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate integrations.
  • Manage data flows between Zuora and other systems using SQL and Python.
  • Support automation and accurate reporting within Zuora Revenue.
  • Partner with finance, IT, and operational teams to understand needs and resolve issues.
  • Provide training and support to the finance team to enhance their understanding of Zuora applications.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and processes.
  • Monitor system health and identify areas for improvement.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and business intelligence software.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
