Lead OTC Process Specialist

Are you a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Opportunity to Cash (OTC) process.

Job Description:

The Lead OTC Process Specialist will oversee one or more functions within the OTC Global Business Services (GBS) value stream, including Business Development, Pricing and Contracts, or Proposals and Quotes. This individual will utilize strong business acumen and systems knowledge to lead, train, and develop a team, providing recommendations on performance assessments, training, development, scheduling, hiring, firing, and other employment-related matters.

Key responsibilities include creating, editing, managing, and validating OTC internal and customer data with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness; reviewing and validating work completed by junior personnel; analyzing, managing, and maintaining data in multiple systems; developing reports and publishing OTC metrics; communicating with team members, internal clients, and management; and promoting and complying with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience is required, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Ideal candidates will possess proficient computer and analytical skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred, as well as previous experience working in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering. Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are also essential for this role.
