Senior Brand Solutions Strategist Job Description

This role is perfect for a skilled professional looking to take on a key position in brand development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of finances on the brand and making data-driven decisions.
  • Synthesize information from various teams and be highly organized, utilizing systems and processes to drive efficiency.
  • Brainstorming and contributing to the Account Team's efforts on brand communication/strategy for the client, bringing creative ideas to life.
  • Sharing innovative input on ideas and campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Monthly/Weekly report to the Management/Client regarding the account's activities, providing transparent and actionable insights.
  • Daily research along with the junior strategist regarding social media platform updates and trends, applying knowledge to drive creative ideation with design and creative teams.
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Suite and Presentation making skills are essential for this role, allowing professionals to create compelling presentations and reports.
  • Presenting ideas to clients effectively with minimal supervision from senior management, building trust and confidence in your work.
  • Experience of working on monthly social media calendars for brands, planning and executing successful campaigns.
  • Experience of working on ORM/social media listening for your brands, staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably with expertise in social media marketing and brand strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, with experience in creating compelling presentations and reports.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
