Network and Cyber Security Leader

The Network and Cyber Security Leader will oversee the delivery of comprehensive security solutions. This includes ensuring customer needs are met, resource planning, staffing requirements, cost estimation, and performance management.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, leading a team of 350+ professionals.
  • Develop and improve Network and Cyber Security strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee service delivery, drive operational excellence, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance service delivery.
  • Continually monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other leaders and the global team to share best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and ESG principles.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Several years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in network or cyber security, with leadership or management experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Network and Cyber Security industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and develop talent.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of operational best practices in the ECS industry.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Change Management: Experience in managing change, implementing new processes, and leading teams through change.
