We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Leader to drive our organization's engineering excellence forward.

Key Responsibilities include driving best practices in code quality, automation, reliability, and performance.

We're looking for someone with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining tools, frameworks, and dashboards to improve the software development lifecycle (SDLC) efficiency.

This role requires collaboration with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for technical improvement.

You will champion continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices; automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.

Promote modern development practices such as test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and code reviews.

Lead initiatives to improve engineering onboarding, knowledge sharing, and documentation standards.

Analyze engineering metrics and provide actionable insights.

Serve as a liaison between engineering, DevOps, QA, and product management.

Conduct regular assessments and audits of engineering practices, tools, and technologies.

Mentor engineers on best practices for writing maintainable, scalable, and secure code.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in biopharma equipment operation.
  • Strong understanding of operational and process excellence.
