We are seeking a professional to help our organization develop government insurance business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with government clients in the insurance broking or general insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Needs Analysis and Client Management:

  • Identify insurance needs of government clients, understand risk profiles, and provide tailored solutions that meet specific requirements.

  • Proposal and Quotation Management:

  • Prepare proposals to insurers, negotiate terms, and ensure best possible coverage and pricing for government clients.

  • Policy Placement and Management:

  • Place policies with insurers, manage policy renewals, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and government guidelines.

  • Claims Management:

  • Assist clients with claims process, including documentation, negotiation, and settlement of claims.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to insurance broking and government contracts.

  • Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, key stakeholders, and insurance providers.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with government clients in the insurance broking or general insurance sectors.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
