Senior SAP GRC Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing the effective implementation and maintenance of SAP GRC Process Controls across various business units.

  • Lead Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test business processes, including automated and manual controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 8-10 years of experience in SAP GRC Process Controls, with a strong background in SAP GRC Access Controls.
  3. Proven track record of conducting successful GRC sessions and workshops with business and functional teams.
  4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
