Job Description

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new joiners into the organization. This involves comprehensive orientation and training to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment, including regular one-on-one meetings and team-building activities.
  • Manage performance evaluations, conducting quarterly check-ins and annual appraisals to provide constructive feedback and drive growth.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Implement employee retention strategies, including exit interviews and recommendations for improving retention rates.
  • Enhance the overall employee experience through continuous improvement initiatives at every touchpoint.
  • Provide support to corporate learning and development teams as required.
  • Oversee facility management, space planning, and interior design to create a conducive work environment.
  • Ensure efficient power consumption by tracking energy usage and implementing sustainable practices.
  • Maintain fire and safety protocols, including access control and CCTV systems.
  • Manage internet connectivity and minor projects such as civil and MEP repair works.
  • Coordinate soft services like housekeeping, security, and indoor plants to maintain a clean and comfortable workspace.
  • Supervise cafeteria operations and inventory management.
  • Monitor vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
