Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer

About the Role:

Talview is a leading HR technology company that specializes in providing innovative solutions for talent acquisition, assessment, and video interviewing. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with our brand and usability standards.

2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, to translate product requirements and user stories into engaging design concepts.

3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate design choices.

4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their adoption when relevant.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design).

2. 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a software or technology-related industry.

3. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.

5. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

6. Understanding of HTML/CSS and the technical aspects of web and mobile development (front-end).

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
