Senior User Experience Designer

Job Description:
As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Your expertise in interaction design and visual design will be crucial in delivering high-quality user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience and visual design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in interaction design and visual design, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Product Design, creating Design Systems and Processes.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
