Job Description: Financial Planning and Budgeting SpecialistWe seek an accomplished consultant with vast experience in financial planning and budgeting to lead our team in delivering exceptional services to clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Planning, integrating it with existing financial infrastructure.
- Design and develop comprehensive financial models that incorporate various components such as workforce, capital, and strategic modeling.
- Create reports using Oracle Financials Reporting and Narrative Reporting capabilities.
- Establish testing protocols to ensure the functionality and stability of the implemented systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrations between GL, Close, and Oracle Cloud Planning.
- Develop technical and functional documentation for Oracle Cloud Planning, including requirements, design, testing, and user guides.
- Participate in client meetings, capturing key requirements and transforming them into actionable designs.
- Lead or contribute to the development of project deliverables that meet client expectations.
- Deliver customized solutions to address client needs, applying proactive problem-solving skills.
- Review deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coach junior colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- No less than 3+ years of experience working with Hyperion/EPM software, covering areas like administration, design, analysis, and support.
- Hands-on experience in implementing EPM applications using EPBCS, showcasing adaptability to diverse enterprise requirements.
- Thorough understanding of EPM Cloud application integrations.
- Ongoing upkeep of advanced knowledge in planning and budgeting for EPBCS.
- Proven experience in creating workflows and metadata layouts for EPBCS.
- Able to work independently to identify, mitigate, and solve problems before they occur.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, as well as other collaborative and unified communication tools.
- Capacity to stay updated with emerging technologies.
- Advantageous possession of Oracle Cloud certification (Oracle Planning 2023 Implementation Essentials (1Z0-1080-23) certification).
- Must be adaptable, communicative, and willing to work varied shifts, especially EST hours.
- Familiarity with organizational structures and objectives is essential.
- Extremely reliable, honest, and self-assured candidate with impeccable work ethics and practices.
- Strives to deliver precise results, maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity throughout.
