Primary Responsibilities:

Focuses on performing financial modeling, data analysis, and business unit support of the Non-Workforce expense projectionsCollaborate with key business partners and stakeholders across the FP&A organization to support expense projection assumptions, share insights and scenario sensitivitiesDeliver regular expense projections, variance analysis, and explanations on business performance while collaborating with cross-functional team membersPreparation and submission of Annual Budget and associated Forecasts (2+10, 5+7, 8+4 and 10+2)Prepare and perform financial statement analysis and commentary (Actuals vs. Forecast vs Budget)Prepare, gather, assembles and format data and prepare preliminary analysis for the Budgeting and Forecasting processRoll-out the final budget/forecast to Business and update the forecast numbers in MPWR and ForesightDemonstrates business-specific knowledge of formal budget/ financial planning processesAnalyzes complex financial data and summarize results and recommendations to management for decision making purposeDrives standardization and process improvement and contribute towards adding value to the business partnersComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required. CA or MBA (Finance) from good business school8+ years of experience in Finance and AccountingExperience developing financial reports and metricsGeneral knowledge of accounting or financial or operational principles. Excellent analytical and data analysis skillsExpert level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient with MS Office tools especially Advanced Excel and MS AccessProven superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big pictureProven solid communication skills with all levels within an organizationProven interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levelsProven solid MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) modeling, analytics and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications: 

Working experience on Data visualization tools i.e. Power BI, Power Query or PivotKnowledge of MPWR and Hyperion Smartview or Essbase Financial tools
