Job Description

Job Summary:

This role will lead the FP&A function, providing strategic financial insights and guidance to support the company's growth and profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis to drive informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to senior management.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Work closely with other departments to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Desired Experience and Skills:
  • CA / CMA with at least 7-8 years of experience, preferably with multi-national companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, managing deadlines to meet stakeholders' expectations.
  • Excellent eye-for-detail, possessing sound judgment and the ability to analyze situations, facts, and information to translate into accounting and financial statements.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with effective communication at all levels of the organization and the ability to maintain strong relationships with various functions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
